View Full Version : Waterbank (D14, 99 years leasehold, UOL)
So studio should be around 3.5 to 3.8k?
You can see there is also a 1+1 rented out at only 3400 in the same month. In fact, the other 2 units that fetch above 4k are v low floor units, but the owners put in efforts to dress up the house. One of the units was even requested by mediacorp to be used for filming their drama, but the owner (not me of cos) turned it down.

probably no so good facing units. facing and level are important factors. similarly price difference between river facing and hdb facing units at Dakota residences is quite great - about 150-200 psf.
received the mintenance fee. seems that there was a reduction. Did you spotted this?

Also, those high floors (> 10) have a bit of sea view and the view can be breathtaking since it is unblocked all the way to airport. I know because my sis has a unit on a very high floor with seaview + city view + a bit of airport view.

It's not a reduction.
At TOP, we paid full 6 mths maintainence. As we all got TOP notification at different times, the end of the 6 mths vary.
As such, this next maintainence fee will be calculated from the end of the respective 6 mths date till 28 Feb 2014.
Thereafter, we'll all pay quarterly equally subject of course to the respective share value.
Hope this clarifies!

BTW: does anyone know what is the construction at the junction to ECP / East Coast Beach near fort road... there seems to be a lot of activity - trucks with load of sand moving that area.
The trees along East Coast Park are at least 10-12 storeys.... I think with 10 floor... barely see the sea.

I wonder why waterbank maintenance fees higher than Dakota? Usually, the more units a condo has... the unit cost is lower...

Just an observation, wb have 2 pools ,a huge water features and biopond.

I live in a 1+1 unit, 624 sq ft. I just paid $754.86 (including GST) for the 3 months maintenance fees after receiving the letter from Knight Frank Estate Management.
The fees are higher than I expected!
Is the figure correct for 1+1 units that are 624 sq ft?

I think a 3 bedder at DR is only about 300 per month

DR has 2 pools as well.... air-conditioned lift lobbies 24/7...
I know DR management office organized fairly large events for residents every now and then.... their recent Christmas party even had live performance...
Anyone has any idea when the residents can form and take over the management committee? One year after TOP?
I'm having some problem with my light switches which were provided for by the developer. The brand is MK, understand that it's made in China and quality control is poor. Anyone having this problem as well?
2 of my switches kaput liao and it's less than a year!!
The quality at WB is not as good as DR....I am not surprised.
