Yes ... I vaguely recall the maroon wardrobe with a rubbery texture, but that could be for the bigger units. Maybe can call up UOL to clarify. 2yrs ago, they didn't allow me to take photos in the showflat, not even the model

Eh i think most buy for investments, so you dont see much 'excitement' and discussions in this thread compared with other projects like Waterview? Where they talk about furnitures, renovations and to very fine details like the brand of the aircon system etc...

Oh yes, if i am not wrong, i saw linking bridges on every floor of the MSCP to the adjacent blocks ... so those staying in storey 1-5 would have direct access to their cars without having to take the lifts.

Nope, stack 30 is pretty much blocked. Unless you stand very near the windows or balcony. About 45 degrees east. My first choice is stack 1 but no more high floor so I took a high floor stack 30 instead.
I remember 2 bedrooms are facing each other and those lower floors are facing the carpark. I would avoid those stacks if you ask me.
As for 1+1, I was considering stack 24 because stack 24 doesn't have west sun and it is the only 1+1 without an adjacent block and stack 24 is the highest priced among the 1+1 as well. Too bad not enough money, if not, I would have brought 2 units instead.

I think there are linking bridges between every floors of the mscp to blk 78 & 80 ... So quite convenient for those lower floor units for these 2 stacks, be it to access the cars or lap pools

the 1+1 is priced much higher in psf terms. A dual key priced abt 1100psf - 1200psf.

The problem doesnt lie with PGuru...its the agents that are playing punk.
I was looking at some listings for 2 projects and when I called the agents, I can safely say 95% of those that I called, most will say no longer available but their listings had just been refreshed by themselves..It just get to the point of being absolutely frustrating.
Another issue is the data that agents have on hand. Let me give you an eg. I sold my WB unit in Sept 2012 and up till now, I still have agents calling me and wife asking if we are keen to sell/rent our unit. I have been very tolerant but it just gets to the point that they deserve a very good scolding from us nowadays. Recently, interior designers have been calling as well..Dont these people update their records in the very 1st place..

2nd-4th pics show that units directly facing the river are spared from the west sun. On the other hand, most units facing the cabana houses and market are getting direct west sun at this time of the year.

I have also been following this thread very closely but there seems not much updates. I bought a unit for own stay and can't wait for TOP!
I started to talk to a couple of IDs and ID did asked me about the wardrobe color - but anyone know if it's going to be maroon color? (The ID also ask if i know which maroon shade........)
Confirmed its brown colour.... Something like candy crush chocolate brown ...
Kitchen lower cabinets are dark brown laminates with grains... Shoe rack door at the main entrance is also brown .... Not v nice imo.. But to each his own

I only have issue with the kitchen cabinet laminates (too dark IMO), otherwise I think the grains on the wooden doors are nice. Wardrobe brown is not appealing... But v nice landscape esp the pool decks

900k++ is easily achievable but 1M will be a stretch. Most RCR studio are transacting around 1M but unless the unit is at a high floor with nice view, I don't see it going past 1M.

well. better include a termination clause in your contract then.

You can just call them and check if they have received the letters. They will normally inform you because you only have 14 days to pay 25% (in my case).

Shelter is bad. It doesn't shelter you from even light rain (imagine when it is heavy). Lucky my unit is in front of the entrance so no need to walk along those useless shelter. Really need to make noise about the shelter !!
Pool looks great. Fantastic
One thing to note:- The day security guards are friendly. The night ones are disastrous. Knock on my door and ask me not to on lights inside the unit (I brought a portable A/C 220V light). They say electricity still paid by mgmt. Eh, is it my problem? I can throw $10 at your face if I wanted to but I kept my cool.

Shelter is bad. It doesn't shelter you from even light rain (imagine when it is heavy). Lucky my unit is in front of the entrance so no need to walk along those useless shelter. Really need to make noise about the shelter !!

One thing to note:- The day security guards are friendly. The night ones are disastrous. Knock on my door and ask me not to on lights inside the unit (I brought a portable A/C 220V light). They say electricity still paid by mgmt. Eh, is it my problem? I can throw $10 at your face if I wanted to but I kept my cool.

Just got my studio. Quality is good. Only some scratches on my cupboard. Here is my analysis:-
Damn windy, shiok. But need to open both the door and windows for the air to move thru the unit
Pretty unblocked view. Can see Malaysia from my unit
Facilities so so only
Gym is bullshit. 2 treadmills for 600+ units? This is crap

i vaguely remember all the gym equipments come in pairs.. 2 x threadmills, 2 x gym bikes or steps machines, 2 x gym balls.. and some weights machines. But i dont think i will use the gym, prob will use the lap pool most and jog around the longkang .. v peaceful and air v fresh.

Oh paiseh.. i din read carefully.. . yeah there isnt any individual unit rubbish chute, its a common one at the lift lobby, hidden behind a greyish door..
