A lot of things can be done in 90 days. Unless the developer ran short of workers.

i meant the opposite, another 90 days before TOP is a long time. its tentative TOP schedule date is end June (another 3 months would mean Aug?).

last checked with them a month back on whether date would move out to July but they still maintained end June TOP.

where did you get the 90 days info from? how reliable is your info?

just walk to the jobsite and you will notice the entire place is very quiet. Meaning; not much activity going on. Not forget it is only 84% completion. Like what you said earlier, only the guard had its TOP.

it was 86% completed as at end march. expect it to be around 90% completed by now.

hey, mastrix, do you know has anyone made further payment (5%) for clause 5.1.2(f) carparks, roads and drains? completion for this was first estimated end march, revised to end april but till now, i have yet to receive notice from my lawyers.

...they are laying the last few tiles on the driveway, all drains seemed completed as of this morning when I jogged there. Saw lots of trees already planted, only left turfing. They are fixing the sunshade for some remaining blocks and wiring up the lampposts...and the funny looking tree also have water flowing on its side.....looks done for most part....quite a number of workers were on gondolas fixing the sunshade and on the ground doing the landscaping..funny thing is some people go after 5PM or on weekends and expecting the place to be busy....mostly when it come to landscaping, you need to do in stages so not likely to have workers there 24/7. TOP possibly soon as you amy have noted some condos get TOP in phases so not necessary for the whole ground to be 100% done up....Foresque looks much slower in comparison....

no worries. once we pay the 5%, we're so much closer to TOP; hopefully next month.

went down site early this week. there were many workers around and some work was being done close to the generator though i couldn't see what was going on due to the hoarding.

one of the guys i spoke to said remaining work are some of the facilities like the steam room.

saw a couple of guys with clip board leaving the site, thought i could speak with them if they're tiong seng or cdl people but guy told me they're from bca. so hopefully, once they pass certain completed jobs, we could move on to next stage.
