Yet those lower floor unit in Vision is only sold for about $950 psf, the same as last transacted price of CW.Only an ignorant or very rich person with $ to throw will buy CW above $1000psf.
Let me give another wise advise which I have learned in the past, one shud not feel "cheated" even if price shoot up after selling. Be happy n contented that you have make money n make the rite decision to buy in the 1st place. Always trying to sell at the highest n buy at the lowest will make one a frustrated n unhappy person .
    both are still toyotas.

Thought both are just korean-made Hyundai / Kia (not even Toyotas)?

Yes thks for yur wise advice. There is no intention to offend anyone or make foes. Just want to add some humour n excitement to this "dying" forum and contribute by saying what i researched, learned n think.
All shud take this forum for knowledge n fun and not be irritated by what others' boast, accusation or condemnation of your condo. This forum won't affect the direction of your condo's prices. As you can see I always try to calm down n reason with those who get angry .
Honestly I m humble n tactful in person but might not be so when come to writing.

Oh I see. What I want to say is Vision & Clementi Woods are not even equivalent to Toyota cars, they are at most comparable Hyundai & Kia.
For Toyota we will be looking at RCR properties.

There are many of such people here who thought they were very smart by trying to time the market.

    THE MARKET CANNOT BE TIMED.

They do not know that by trying to time the market, they are behaving exactly like a gambler in the casino.

Once a while they happen to be correct and then become very proud of themselves.

The smarter you think you are, the more stupid the property market will make you out to be.

Need to cool down some forumners who seem to have a lots of frustration .
Why get angry when someone or I say I m successful
So what if i m successful or homeless n sleep in a tent .
So what if many others are making $million being an agent or speculating in property or so rich that they can buy 10 condos in Sentosa.
Always be contented n happy with what u have n can have .There are many others worse off than u.

Ya I just sold my unit at $1,888,888 to an Arab buyer.

Just to appease all the incense owner of CW here is a piece of good news :

From a reliable source who is the auntie of the daughter of a cleaner in URA who over heard this during a meeting among top govt officials about the Master Concept Plan 2011 : By 2015 the govt will convert West Coast Area into a 3rd Integrated Resort with hotels like the Atlantis n Disneyland theme park . The plot ratio of Clementiwoods n Varsity Park will be increase by 20 times n 100 storeys can be built on the land.

Don't say I didnt tell you about this insider info

How the architect come up with this swimming pool is beyond me. Where to put those pool deck chairs, tables, umbrellas? So little greenery here n no shelter from both AM n PM sun.Do other residents have to squeeze into the patios of those ground floor units? Where is the outdoor shower?
Someone need to ask FCL how are they going to solve this problem.

I am sure that while it is inconvenient the residents can go without deck chairs and such. while we have a deck next to the 50m, olympic sized pool at carabelle, I always just take a shower, jump in, and then leave, never using the deck chairs. but I see a lot of residents like to laze around on those chairs. they would complain if there were no decks.

what I am more interested in is how many swimmers can fit in that "slender" lap pool at CW. On the site plan, it looks really really narrow. I can see no more than two or three before accusations of groping or improper touching arise. but what is the situation on the ground?

The slender pool look slender because it is 3mX25m but is actually bigger than most subsidiary pools of other condos. With exotic plants surrounding its entire length, this pool is much more beautiful n attractive than the main pool. In fact such pools are great for couples who want to get "closer" Female swimmers would be more concern with the wooden spa which is only 3m X 2m.
Don't ever think of touching n groping anyone in Spore even if you have the slightest intention - you know the punishment.

only 3m wide? gee, someone said that four can swim at the same time. I guess 3 is probably the maximum.

i guess that is the problem with all those condos along west coast road. the plot ratio is 1.4 for these condos, the same as for condos like botannia, infiniti and Carabelle, but each condo along west coast road is allowed to build up to the 5th floor, vs. 12th floor for botannia and infiniti, and carabelle. that is why CW, the stellar, and varsity all have so little land space for facilities, giving this sense of claustrophobia.

    Default It's TOP!

Just called the developer. Good news...Clementiwoods is FINALLY TOP.

The developer obtained TOP two days ago and they are now in the process of issuing letters to owners. They will issue the letter by blocks. Block 88 will be the first one to get it (in the next few weeks), and the second one will be Block 86, which will get the letter at the end of May.

You can call them for details.

    Cheers!

Ya, confirmed TOP was issued on 4 May. They take few weeks to give out keys. Block 88 first, then descending order until Block 78 on first week of June. I asked if I can go in to see even if I haven't received the key but she said must wait for letter. I guess since TOP and people are getting keys, I'm gonna try just walking in lah...
