Receive from lawyer letter Another 5 % progressive payment is collected for high floor . Just when to the site this afternoon take some picture will update soon .

Lastest update on 20 Jan 2014 for Riviera38 .

1)The scaffold is fully dismantle.
2)The window For all unit is in store only the 3 bedroom one of the bedroom is not in store .
3) The guard house is ready .
4) The crane is lower and dismantle soon .
5) The level 5 landscaping( plant) is up on the swimming pool level .
6) The glass window plastic is remove from outside .
7) The balcony all done .

Let hope the progressive construction run smoothly and top on June 2014 .
