Don't think is maintenance. Look more like a server or DB breakdown, causing them to show the maintenance page only.

1) The functional room and the gym room the full glass is install.
2) level 6 to level 22 the interior of the unit in fully completed expect some 3 bedder
3) The level 5 swimming pool level most of the debris had clear .
4) The staircase is 80% completed and the light is lighten
5) The lift is in operation .
6) Deployment Security guards is station there .
