Was at Potong Pasir this afternoon to try the highly recommended Mee Siam there and wasn't disappointed. And the Lontong is definitely a must-eat as the gravy is very lemak. And both are still $2.50 only.

After that went for a walk around the estate and like the peacefulness and exclusive nature of the estate, since there is no major roads passing through.

Just hope that it will remains this way in 3 years time.

Yup, showroom still there probably for the resale of those units who's options were not complete, like azeoprop.

The orange jigs had been removed since this morning, so let's see if there's any further progress.

Also, looks like they are launching another project soon; Residences Botanique.

Maybe must ask azeoprop how he comes to know about the unexercised units....

The faster they tear down the showroom, the faster they can start work!!!

IMO, don't think the showrooms will affect the progress. Likely they will start on Tower 2 & 8 basement groundwork first. So they can keep the showrooms there as long as its feasible, since they don't expect to sell out so quickly.

Just did a check at URA site. Mine hasn't been lodged by the lawyer yet. But I'm amazed that some paid so low at 730psf for 3br while some others paid as high as 844psf for the same. How come the big diff?

Buying ppty in SG can't be wrong, if u can hold.
Bro that is not the way, unless u buy cheap and hold. Look at Bishan hdb,at 600-800k it never came back to the same price even at 2007 peak.

Some eastern condo launch 700k-800k at 1996, even at 2007 peak cant reach this benchmark. Somewhere on the papers report that current buying spree is hotter than the 2007.

Alot factors to take into consideration. Tread with caution.

Comparing units on same stacks, at different floors, seem right with higher floor at higher psf.

If you compare 16 & 21, same view, same layout, the prices is still consistent.

Actually the floor plan shows that the study can accommodate a sgl bed + desk, so its equivalent to a 3BR. But not the preferred stack for me either.
