Well... to each his own. And at this price level for LH99 units, its your decision to go ahead and buy Heritage View.

Whatever it is, I am still waiting patiently like a vulture .. the good thing about not committing yet is that you have time to look see look see .. i'm sure 2010/2011/2012 will be a great time to buy for good value b'cos there will be many many completed n near-TOP projects to choose.. from Flippers especially .. I don't mind good location FH project especially ..

Like that means we can all get our keys in mid 2012?

Aiya... dun be so skeptical. SG government too strict to allow this to happen... besides, FCL has got good reputation. Won't allow such thisng to happen lah...

Dun you think that the pre-fabs look like lego blocks? ... just add on accessories like windows and ta...da... you get the units up?

hmm... built with safety in mind... Zero major accident best!
then owner also feel safe of mind...

legos? hmm... dun mind they pre-fab the showroom, then can save up by replacing 1 brick wall with glass wall...

Any ideas if contractor can do it to our request (replacing 1 brick wall of room next to living hall with glass wall)?

nowadays developers delay as much as possible ... to create 'shortage' of ready units ...to 'push' price higher

in the past boom era .. everyday got 12000 units ready ... since 2007-now and till 2012 every yr only 8000 ish units ready ... so manipulated ...

even URA initial estimate 13000 units ..lowered to 8000 ish ..

    so fake

so is there a real shortage ??? or man-made wonder ?

The same goes for other products la. All manufacturers will limit oversupply so as to maintain the price level. Nothing new.

I would thinkthat developer would want to quickly collect $$$ and so, will try and speed up the process of constructing..... especially when the development is fully sold... no?

Show room always replace a wall with glass to give that spaciouness feeling.
Forget about getting it done with your ID. The truth is that actual unit is a wall that you cannot hack down after TOP.
Even after SCC you still cannot hack it down. May be 10 years later. Worst still some walls are mainly for structural support that you can't even touch it at all.

Really?!?!?!.... then this is even worse than living in a HDB..... at least for a HDB apartment, I can choose to re-configure or re-design my rooms... now it sounds like a downgrade rather than an upgrade...
