    Pre-Qualification for Design And Build Civil Contracts 912, 913, 919 & 920 DTL2 - Contract Reference PQ-DTL2A, Published on 3rd June 2008; Closed on 18th July 2008.

    Official announcement of DLT2 stations: 15th July 2008


    Pre-Qualification for Build-Only Civil Contracts 928, 929, 929A, 930, 931, 932, 932A, 933, 935, 936 and 937 in DTL3 - Contract Reference PQ-DTL3. Published on 30th April 2010; Closed on 24th May 2010.

    If history holds, expect location of DLT3 stations to be unveiled by June 2010. Since the actual location will be "exposed" to all the contractors.

    I still dun understand...why call it waterfront waves when there are none? It's a water catchment area, not the sea...no waves leh unless from those who canoe secretly...

    Look at the design of the balconies..it forms undulating waves...




    Next, look at the gentle curves of the reservoir banks.




    Plus a whole host of water sports and activities......

    Sub-sales is different from developer sales... Unit price is alwaz higher for higher floor or pool facing for developer sales.

    For sub-sales, its much depends on individual buyer, and their willingness to offer higher for the unit they like. Everybody has different preference, not all like pool facing and the same applied to park/reservoir facing.
