The reservoir enhances the view from the water series condos but these condos really spoil the view from the reservoir.

correct, the design is very HDB...this maybe the reason why the price is hovering at $1k+psf for all the units at the moment... after TOP, price may move up a bit to $1.1k-1.2k psf...

I hope after DLT3 is up, less buses/cars will travel through Bedok Reservoir Road thus relieving traffic jam and road noise.

Bedok reservoir road is not jam now... If traffic is bad for this road, then many roads in singapore are also vry jam
