    Not yet started... still waiting...

The first 4 level (including the carpark) of stack 21, 22 & 25 are only supporting pillars... the construction work will be easier and quicker for these stacks... These stacks will catch up the rest in few weeks time...

The first 4 levels of stack 15 are also pillars, and its carpark seems completed.

I do agree on the safety net of the HDB loan...other than that, frankly speaking, at over $650K to buy a HDB, its quite a risk infact, especially with the income ceiling of $8k.... anyway, there are still plenty to choose...

Anyway cyl, this forum are for condos & such, so naturally there won't be any thread on public housing. You can do a web search for other forums that will have much discussion on Natura Loft, like www.myhometown.sg.

    Hi Ken
    Thanks for the wonderful photos.

Think I'll be going down this weekend to take a look at The Key.
    Anyone going as well?

Heard the preview has been re-scheduled to tomorrow night at 7pm.
A tent was setup beside the current showflat. Construction site fencing perimeter has been decorated with Waterfront Key posters too.

With the launch tml night, buyers can compare two projects within the same showflat. May push up some more sales for WFW.

If WFW revise the price back up... those who bought during starbuy is slightly richer (on paper) by now...
