By the way, if you guys are using CPF for monthly installments, try to activate the CPF by the 18th of each month so that likely CPF can release the funds on time (for those where the deductions start on 1st of each month)

First time CPF Activation is done by Law Firm by providing them the Bank letter indicating the installment amount...

Subsequent changes just go CPF website to change accordingly

Just for sharing esp for 1st time buyers like myself! LOL
Trying to activate CPF for monthly installment, but the CPF web site only allow me to choose Expected Date Of Change from 31st May, 1st June, 30th June, 1st July, 31st July, 1st August. Will it be late and get additional charge if my bank installment due date is 2nd June?

First time activation of CPF can be done through the Law firm acting for you.

Just give them the installment amount and they will do the necessary at no additional cost.

As for future changes, just login using SingPass and change accordingly by the 18th. Tick the date closest to your due date.

To play safe, always keep some cash in your debit Account to prevent any default payment.

i remember lawyer told me to online apply myself... they only help me to submit the form at the beginning without giving start date and instament amount, so i can apply myself later when i know the installment start date and amount.
i guess i need to do it myself now. for my case, if the installment due date is 2nd June, i can select either 31st May or 1st June right?

The submission of the form is the CPF activation itself, and they most certainly can submit the first installment amt on your behalf..

Anyway yes i believe u can select either 31st or 1st. I was told by the law firm that typically CPF will release a couple of days before the chosen date

Thanks so much for your advice 玉格格. if its #01 for block 30, more likely to be east facing?

while #04 side is more west?

    Hope my understanding is correct.

Beside B Risidence, the workers are constructing a pedestrian for people to walk to cut across to Payer Lebar Road. Seems to be cutting down the walking distance to Payar Lebar Road, and a new Comercial Buiding that has Giant in future....

URA confirmed the pedestrian, between B Residence and Nursary Plot land. That means, B Ridge people can walk to future Giant at Kensington Square via this lane, which is the shortest path.
