Drove by yesterday to take a look. Judging from the progress, I have to say that TOP by the 3rd quarter is very very optimistic. I'm not even certain we can move in before CNY.

I received my 5% partition walls few days back. Hopefully the progress catches up fast.

I'm a little puzzled, or disappointed that they had already painted the ends of the block at this stage. The paint probably won't last and seems like only Blk 81 is painted well in advance of the rest. Does thus mean that this block will be more weathered than the rest before the reprinting happens?

Shouldn't they have done this painting when all the beatings are removed and general facilities like car park pools etc have taken form?

I can only visit HPC next weekend and hope I see way more progress since it'd be a gap of 5 weeks.
