Yes, there is road opening, a short cut to the MRT station. The sign at the clearance site shows the estimate date of completion: 3rd quarter 2014.

I have not gone back to Pasir Ris since the day I went to the show flat to buy my unit.

My only wish now is White Sands get a major makeover.

It took me 8-9 mins of leisure walk using the red dashed path, and it will take me another 1 min to walk to Palette's main gate (blue dashed path).

The orange boundary is the land to be cleared... But seriously I think it's too big a land just to build covered walk way.

According on the Master Plan 2008, that piece of land is for residental use so my guess is that another BTO is on the way.

Well, the same person who upload the daily photos said that the workers are working up till 9pm.

And from those photos, you can see some diggers are already start working on the D'Nest plot of land. So maybe some workers are diverted to there?

Anyway, Palette is a big project, so don't think we will get to see any significant progress if the workers are spread across all the stacks.

Yes, the project's progression is very slow indeed. I hope D'Nest will be 3/4 complete by the time Palette TOP as the construction noise will affect those units in Palette facing D'Nest. My block is 113. Anyone knows if this block faces D'Nest?

I start my installment this mth. But my friend who bought stack 57 still not get letter to inform bank to release 10% payment . Anyone bought the same stack 57 has rec'd letter? I tot foundation should be completed together ? Thks

Block 113 is the edge with D'Nest. If stacks 35,36,37,38 not so bad. 33 34 40 are closer to D'Nest. But I thk D'Nest will TOP one year after Palette, so need to bear with the sound maybe 1 year . I believe the developer will minimize the sound . Don't worry
