What was the original TOP date for NV Residences initially in the website? Does it brought forward from the original posted TOP date ?

Based on this website, NVR initial TOP is mid 2014 : http://www.propertylaunch.sg/Singapo...Residences.php
But CDL website show as Q1 2013.

The Palette website shows TOP Dec 2015 : http://www.the-palette.com.sg/
But CDL website show as Q1 2016... schedule delay?

The TOP is end 2016 according to the contract. Using NV as a reference point and D'Nest coming up in the market, palette shld optimistically be ready by 2014.

For project of this size, typically at least 30mths. Realistically speaking, Q4 2014 is the earliest possible period. More likely to be in Q1 2015 onwards....

Agreed and I think TOP is most likely to complete at the earliest late Q3 2015

Congrats!

The new Cross Island Line will pass by Pasir Ris, linking Pasir Ris to Changi, Punggol, Hougang, Ang Mo Kio, Sin Ming, Clementi and Jurong!

I believe this will benefit the palette owners!

Progressing well it seems. NV phase 1 just obtained TOP and D'Nest is launching soon. Still optimistic that palette shld b ready by end 14.
