My friend has chosen the flooring finishes for her two units last weekend. One white marble and the other beige. She opted sunken bath for both.

Finally received the letter from the developer. Opting for sunken bathtub, alternative kitchen and white flooring.........

Went to the showroom before deriving the decision. It was quite quiet but heard it's 80% sold for WFK..........

Somebody still think that negative comments can brng down their property. If that be the case, Tanumy has already done the job of
pushing DBR price thru' the roof.

Agree... a more accurate measure is the population density rather than the number of condos. Bedok reservoir is a pretty large area.

with 1.5k students, there will be spillover. bus 69 goes down bedok reservoir road directly to uwc in less than 10mins, so waterfront key is a good buy with added mrt play. :D

I think Pinevale will benefit most since it is just next to the campus.

Ask another layman question, do you know when the develop will contact each owner consulting for interior decoration opions like color of closet, floor, etc. What are the flexibilities for owners to decide the partition of each room?

No west sun, it is just quantum too big, the 4br is around 1,500sqft, quantum above 1.5 million so hard to find buyers. They have learnt. In WFI, the lake facing units are mostly 3br and small 4brs 13XXsqft instead.

Bedok town really too backward, compared to Tampines, AMK, Jurong West etc.

The police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) are searching for the body of a man in Bedok Reservoir.

SCDF received a call from a member of the public at 1pm on Saturday and arrived at the scene five minutes later.

Four divers from the SCDF are still conducting the search near an aerial obstacle course, Forest Adventures, at the reservoir.

Ms Joyce Poon, 34, was jogging in the reservoir when the police started to cordon off the place. 'I was asked to leave as police cars and ambulances surrounded the area,' said the corporate communications manager.

There have been six bodies that have been found in the reservoir in the past year.

FEO is very generous too. All units come with downlights installed for toilets and wall light for balcony.

You din catch my joke. The direct access to pool for patio units mean owners can bath in the pool every morning. WF Key is quite nice. I was tempted to get a sub-sale also, but somehow the JB unit won my heart as it is FH and much bigger and much much cheaper :p

Wow, have to say this looks really nice, gives the patio unit a diff take as it open up to a water instead of greenery. A bit like Maldives?

at least now they can aim at the pool.
