Bro, no MRT near EC. Personally 8 years is too far for me. Expat buyers can only buy after 13 years. More new condos may come up beside the EC. Things may change by that time.
And you never know WP will get a MRT due to all the new condos near this side of reservoir and Tropica may go enbloc by then (big dreams...just kidding...:D ).

Perhaps. Was looking at the MasterPlan 2008 and the 1H2013 GLS Map for Parcel C, and have some observations:

1. There appears to be some land slated for a future park and future development. Maybe will have some commercial development... Since more housing units there.

2. Still no news out on the big land area next to the Quarry Park. Since Q Bay also strongly marketing its development for its views. It will make more sense if it be rezoned for some form for commercial development.

Guess these could be the market movers around the area.
