Sounds like developer have height restrictions and excessive GFA and dunno what to do with it. So instead of seeing floor area going to waste and losing money they built the fibua units.

ground floor under the ground going to be very moist. everything will mold and turn green... and so dark... like living in a seller...

I like the idea.. can rent out to SAF for training ;) urban warfare. can repel from roof , can do underground trench fighting, got some long kau .. capture liao can use as POW camp also dungeon use as torture room and pool for dunking pows. rooms are small so easy to setup defense and at junction good for OP! ideal!

Like Thomson v two. The white paint looks more like white wash only. Black stains already appeared.
