Bliss at Kovan, 3 bed, high celling, 5 minutes walk to Kovan MRT (I walked myself when was at the show flat somewhere in April), about $1.3m+ during April time (not sure the price now or still available), surrounded by low rise landed and also eateries, opposite the MRT is the Kovan hawker centre, coffee shops, etc.
