What a pathetic excuse for an inbred retard bringing up successive generations of retarded offspring who need to attend play school instead of a real school, runs a kachang puteh business and whole family have to stay in backwater JB for convenience.
Well done!!!!

Investing in central business district will never go wrong. Those who tell you otherwise are just fooling themselves

There are so many projects in the pipe line that hasnt been launch yet. The Crown Jewel of JLD "Science Center", the new HSR station and integrated development, the new Jurong Lake park, new masterplan for land around JCC, alignment of CRL, JRL, development on vacant white and commercial site.
Already priced in? The transformation has just begin
Can probably delete HSR from this list. Najib must have told the CEO "Hey you better shut your mouth, I have not fully sold out my Marina One, drop the bomb after we have sold off Marina One!" I have never supported HSR cutting through Singapore. So this is good news for me.
Anyway, get used to these sort of flip-flop statements from up-North. That's why people has been warning others not to believe in whatever grandiose projects, developments announced in Malaysia. Until you see the real thing, it's just castles in the air. Even when it's ink with Singapore govt at the highest level. And even if it's built, dun expect it to be maintained and i have not even touched on the security part.
This warning goes to Iskandar projects as well. So much rumblings and tension going on between the Federal Government and the Johor Royal family. I'm surprised so many people are taken in by agent talk. It is cheap for a reason. Johor is notorious for being `cowboy town' even amongst Malaysians. Makes me wonder if the police force strength is deliberately under-strength to create chaos in Johor? Otherwise why would the Royal family need to form it's own security firm with Peter Lim lol.
I am surprised that the cracks are happening sooner than I thought. There are 2 possible explanations:
1. The House around Najib is crumbling faster than we thought. The 1MDB issue is getting deeper and deeper with no hope in sight for Najib. The little Napoleons are asserting their control ahead of the impending collapse of the Najib administration. The little Napoleons are jostling for a piece of the crumbling pie. Having the project wholly within Malaysia will ensure that the tender process for the HSR can be a "managed and accelerated" process; and/or
2. The Malaysian government feels that the terminus at Jurong East will make the project uneconomic. Think about it this way. The Malaysian Govt will bear the brunt of the cost of the HSR given that 90% of the infrastructure is on Malaysian soil. Given the huge imbalance, the Malaysian Government wants to ensure that the project has the best economic chances. The terminus in KL is about 5km from CBD, but JE is 20km+ away from CBD. Hence, from project viability perspective, the terminus in Singapore should be in CBD or somewhere nearby. Practically all high speed railways stations in the world are in or close to CBD - eg London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Tokyo, etc etc.... So, this may be a way for the Malaysian Government to indicate its unhappiness that the Singapore terminus is not in CBD or even nearby.
Anyway, as I said before, prepare for a long drawn out show on this...To be fair, this is a very complicated and expensive project to build in one country, let alone across 2 countries with such different priorities - political end economic. I think you can more or less kiss the 2022 deadline goodbye.

IN what MCL Land chief executive officer Koh Teck Chuan described as "overwhelming demand", the developer sold 436 units or 61 per cent of its Jurong West condo, Lake Grande, during its launch weekend.
"We initially released 350 units out of the 710 units in the project but due to overwhelming demand, we released another 150 units," he said.
The average transacted price was S$1,368 per square foot (psf), with five out of every six units sold being one- or two-bedroom apartments.
wo-bedroom units were the most popular, with 260 such units sold. The average two-bedder - roughly 660 sq ft in size - sold at S$1,365 psf or around S$900,000.
Some 85 per cent of the buyers were Singaporeans, while 12 per cent were permanent residents and 3 per cent were foreigners.
The 17-storey project has units in one- to five-bedroom configurations, and is located near Lakeside MRT station, two stations away from the Jurong East hub.
The project is MCL Land's third in the area after the 738-unit J Gateway by Jurong East MRT station and the 696-unit Lakeville just beside Lake Grande.
MCL Land, a unit of Hong Kong central office landlord Hongkong Land, acquired the land parcel for S$338 million in March last year, which works out to around S$630 per square foot per plot ratio.
Alan Cheong, Savills Singapore research head, said the results might have been expected given the hype around the development of the Jurong Lake District and the high-speed rail line to Malaysia, which will have a terminal station in Jurong East.
"We have to be extremely discerning as to whether this is representative across the market," he said.
He compared the successful launch of Lake Grande with the handful of units sold during the weekend at The Trilinq, a project near Clementi which is just three MRT stops away.
Cushman and Wakefield research director Christine Li said the good performance was also due to little competition in the Jurong market. Lakeville next door is more than 90 per cent sold with only big units left, she said.
Mortgage rates have also come down along with global interest rates after Britain voted to leave the European Union in June. "The most attractive rate in the market is around 1.2 per cent a year for two years, floating," she said.
"Never argue with an idiot, or he will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience."
The bickering is strongly indicative of a fast recovering market.
I am missing it for years and greatly thankful for this.

After JLD, will be JID (Jurong Innovation District).
Condominium as well as the upcoming Westwood Residences Executive Condominium will benefit from JID.
