Very good environment, got three temple, Chong Ghee Temple across the road. The air smell good all year round and got free music all year round also. The Chinese believe if stay near Temple, the people go temple pray for wealth and long life, the wealth and life of those staying nearby will be donated to those who go temple to pray.

i don't think the seller would want to use supernatural sighting as a cause for lowering price, since all potential buyers may be scared away

My understanding is that only property agent can advertise in property guru. But I think you are right, don't think CEA can take action against owner.
