as we had discussed many times before, a/c ledge and balcony are the only loopholes left for developers to maximise profits and this developer sure tried their best!

Drove past Balestier and saw the 2 hotels are up.shocked to see many changes in that area now.This project I think the location is very good compared to some other projects nearby.it looks quite high and tall too.
Unblock and next to zhong San, walking distance to Toa Payoh central and near novena hub.
