    Not true. If can sell one of mine at good profit it is possible I will be in market on the lookout again. I do still have some thats not under the SSD rulings...

    Was it said all 500+ units will be launched? I think in this uncertain time, they are using the gimmick more to gauge how many units to launch in first phase... Better to have "100% sold in phase one" then say "40% sold at launch" I think...

    For this project, hdb addresses will form bulk of buyers. I have one neighbour who stay in hdb flat next to my project and bought a unit here rented out. He parks his car here and brings family to use the facilities occasionally. Makes perfect $en$e!

    anyway it doesnt matter whether they launch in phases..worst if they do it in such a way as market sees this as confidence level
    which developer doesn't ideally wants whole project to be fully sold at one launch - possible: why?higher profits when market is climbing up and up

    if the expert developer has no confidence in offloading all, what about others

    further all of us know how to read between the lines.... 200 units/100% fully sold in phase 1 launch....but total no of units 800+
    overall 25% vs 100% sold.

    There is a very popular nasek lemak stall at the hawker centre next to the wet market. Super long queue on weekends.

    I'm sure your neighbor parks his car in the condo at night

    Given the 'quality' of the people queuing there, as told by Latour, I seriously doubt they may be able to tell the difference at one glance...

    This must be a mass project without much control on the visitors.

    in my condo, non-residence SP will not hv free entrance to the estate, no carpark entitlement and use of facilities.

    savings on HDB carparks,
    public pool fees savings.
    gym fee savings
    water bill savings
    toilet rolls savings
