The person who started the list for the idea of opening small gate is kennyzhong.

Maybe you can liase with kennyzhong to see if he can gather more support from facebook or getting property agents to find out who are the owners of all remaining 400 units and try to reach them?

Wondering why the above idea have suddenly stop??? Does this means that our dream of opening a gate behind will not be able to accomplish?

I suggest we garner support for this idea first, using this email tread to write in as quickly as possible.

This afternoon I took a site survey around the PIE overhead bridge. It seems so simple to add an exit gate. There is no paveway to the bridge at all! Even though HoiHup is willing to add the gate, also need to get URA/LTA to make the paveway.

Planting is ongoing. Lawn is ready. air-con (Mitsubishi)/water heater are done.
some units are having cabinets installed.

PS. As for noise level, at 10th floor of opposite HDB, it's very bad. but still bearable at gound level. almost no PIE noise at landed properties side.

Hi guys yes saw some trees already moving in. If you drive by PIE you can see they are working on the jogging tracks and trees are being planted. Just from looking outside the project is nearing completion.

Yes, I just paid the 5%, seems two weeks later than you.
It seems that only car park and some other facility not ready yet.

We should be able to move in from feb or march from this stage. As only left road is not built.

TOP inspection should be able to done within 3 months from the road payment. Then you can estimated when you can get your keys

Fiber optics. Is only the in thing for the past year or so. When developer and us sign the S&P. there is no requirement for this. If they are kind open net should have.

If have will always be only in the breaker box cabinet together. I just collect keys at Ascentia sky that how they done it.

I asked about fiber optics during my purchase and they confirmed that it will be installed. Just don't know where it will be.

But I checked with Singtel 2 days ago, she checked my unit, there is no fibre optic installed.

Hope that we pay another 5% next month. If not TOP will not be march 2014 will be April or May 2014.

As I am a property agent. I also bought an unit here. Normally after the last 5%. It will took 3-4 months before they can get TOP cert from BCA.

I understand that there is a "shop" located inside vacanza, does anyone know where is it situated? If it is situated near the entrance, will outsiders be able to go to the shop. Like Windy Height, all outsiders can enter to visit the shops! There is a salon inside Windy Height, and I went there before without any difficulties (I'm not the residence there).
