Wonder if the recent labour crunch affected the project... im no expert, by looking at the rate of progress, end of the year TOP really very optimistic.

I just received Rajah & Tann LLP's letter by hand to my lawyer's law firm requesting payment for completion of brick wall & ceiling. So we are 1/2 way there now.

Looking forward to the next 5% payment request for completion of internal plastering.

Rental for two bedder should get 4000 for a condo near to MRT. For VE, slight discount for being 1km away for MRT. say 3,500. THis is my humble opinion only. please dun fire me. thanks you.
