    Hi Dtrax, cherrywood is worth looking at because of its location and pricing. Its 1184 psf is definitely lower than similar condo La Vida (1,400 psf). If only I have the money to buy one more for investment. personally I won't stay in a flat smaller than 1,000 sqft as I need storage space.

    Talking about Vacanza, it's location is quiet, pricing/size is also attractive and also offers a resort lifestyle. This is where I want to stay. Build faster.

    Is a very good buy indeed. Name also sounds delicious... Agent sounds negative though. A lot of NO in the ad and only one YES wakakaka

    This is one of the few recent projects that spot a reasonable size balcony... with no bay window, no planter and bomb shelter, the livable space is a lot more compare to other projects.

    no bay window n planter box is good but bomb shelter is good to have cos can use as stowage room otherwise very troublesome hv to seek alternatives to create stowage area.

    When I last checked, most of the unsold units were from stack 2.

    stack 2 not that bad leh from floor plan. wonder why that stack boh lang ai?

    will pop by this weekend to take a look. PH pricing from 963psf. dunno can ask for any discount boh?

    I suspect coz that stack has the one of the most west sun? Happy bargain hunting!

    acherly if lower floor or patio units maybe not so bad cos gotch trees surrounding it to block the west sun.. but suspect those are sold out liao.

    higher floor yeah more headache with the sun. muz see layout... hope the bedrooms and windows not directly facing west.
