    Actually last I've heard vacanza still have units left. At $1080psf for FH it is very good price!!! EU Habitat's concept is different so I shall not compare oranges to apples. But I must say Vacanza for that pricing is very good, though mrt is about 10-15min walk with no shelter. But freehold very very value for money.

    EU habitat also sure to appreciate when DTL up and it will be a very premium gated community. But I will still choose vacanza cos I drive, so mrt not very impt to me.

    I also went to view VE because of the fh status. But decided against getting a unit there as I find the location really too inwards even though I drive and do not need the mrt.

    The agent there told me this project was launched some time back at a lower price, but wasn't selling too well. But when EU was about to launch, sparked renewed interest due to the fh status as compared to EU's lh99.

    Decided on getting a unit at EU instead, as I like the overall concept of the project and the convenient location as well. But for VE, the fh status is definitely a big plus.

    Think it's normal.

    I was only asked for 1st progressive payment when the project has completed 10 storeys.

    Theres progress for Block 40, 42 and 46. Block 36 and Block 38 will be the last since the showroom was occupying their area. Not sure for Block 50 and 48.

    Indeed but I found it not big deal.
    I bought a unit in Block 40 and first payment in early April only.

    Halo,

    Being a fellow Vacanza owner, I have been quietly observing this interesting forum and decided to add to the on-going discussions today.

    Regarding Vacanza, I am pleased to see that more sales transactions recorded for this development and also the continued development of this fabulous landed housing area (e.g. Levenue etc).

    Regarding this area, I have a long term vision that the landed housing would be eventually sold to developers and turned into high-rise luxury condos. a la Telok Kurau (previous residence).

    this is my 5 cents worth of opinion. wonder whether anybody has something to add.

    top one is block 46, which is almost completed. 3 weeks ago, inner construction was started for lower level units.
    bottom one is block 42. now is at Leve 11.

    Block 40 is about level 3 i guess... cant really see 48 and 50, should be about level 5-6.

    36 and 38 will be the slowest because of the showflat occupying their area.
