    Agreeded. Unless HDB raised income ceiling for DBSS, if not, future DBSS will comprised of mainly mickey mouse units to keep the price quantum of DBSS down. Im surprised HDB will input such a law as it effectively shows that HDB support the idea for common SG citizens to buy high psf mickey mouse units like what private developers likes to do in private condos to maximise profits. The only one to suffer here are common SG folks. HDB can still sell land for DBSS at high prices, private developers can still earn high profits. This is what we are heading into... Hk property trend of mickey mouse units. Big units will be rare in 10 years time.

    Devilplate, u are right. Income ceiling raised from 8k to 10k for DBSS as announced in National Day Rally. This Tampines DBSS price should break records!

    Bishan Loft already asking 1.2mil, add anther 5yrs to Natura Loft i don't see any difficulties to touch 1mil. Pinnacle@D more interesting, should be a record breaker.

    among all ECs...bishan loft 1st owners MAKE THE MOST! DOUBLED! launch around 400psf on average...now 800psf!

    Pinnacle @ D will be interesting....location wise...BEST located HDB....BUT, its not DBSS...so income ceiling still 8k max....Not many buyers willing to buy w/o grant
