So in a way you can have a very quiet and peaceful living environment and yet not far from amenities.

Just got floorplans fm agent n thats what i wana bring up..the layout is surprisingly good for the mm units. even though small, there r no baywindows n planter boxes.every space is maximise n theres even a bomb shelter in d living rm.
    D 2 bedders in 162@ 580sq ft has 2 toilets n no wasted space.
Orientation of most units r NS facing.
After seeing d prices of BR today,fh162 seems reasonably priced for the mm units.

Is katong suites the one beside Caltex along tanjong katong road?

Yah, agree it can be quite noisy. And the plot of land is even smaller than Haig162 right?

Seems like they are taking ages to build also.

I tink u can really take ur time to get a unit there.....bcoz still long way to TOP and px most likely stay stagnant or drop in near future.....eu debt crisis is really no joke.....we r in uncharted territory

No harm keeping ur 200k cash on hand for time being

meyer is nearer to the sea and i think it's because of the exclusive higher end status....rich people don't need to be near amenities...amenities get delivered to them....
