willing buyer willing seller, can sue?

i would think it's more of a friendship/kinship transaction.... still S$100k disparity seem too great to stomach

May I humbly asked how much the owners bought the units for when they were launched ? I presume the owners would have pocketed more than S$200,000 in the transaction and not under the SSD tiobo?

This S$200K is the buying power for these owners to upgrade to something else.

That is why I say u guys are NOT seasoned investors. ALL TALK with zero practical experience. Like that how to earn money ?

Let your MOST ILLUMINATED, HIGHLY INTELLIGENT, HANDSOME , THIRD EYE dissect the ABSD and enlighten what is actually going on.

However, I AGAIN STRESSED that I AM NOT MAN IN WHITE hor, so this is my pure highly intelligent analysis personal view of the actual intended effect of ABSD.

ANS: IT IS TARGETED AT THE AGENTS.

How so? It is targeted at the agents who are FLIPPERS. Who likes to flip flip flip until the property prices go high high high and unrealistic.

A normal property in Singapore will generate around S$50-S$70K capital gains each year . But that is intended for long term investment, not to be used by the agents to FLIP FLIP FLIP.

However, over the past 5 years especially, the AGENTS SABO us the real investors, by example: blocking us from good units and they themselves go FLIP FLIP FLIP.

Get it? That is why I shout CRASH CRASH CRASH.

Good LUCK. That is just my humble opinion only, not my IDOL Tharman's.

uncle you don't anyhow "blow" leh... i was at haig 162 showroom during launch.
selling at 600k does not even get the seller any profit close to 200k. 120-130k more like it...

husband - wife transfer sounds more like it, left pocket right pocket (as i'd guessed friendship/kinship)

Good wise brother BJ! You are spot on!When the agent flippers can't sell, they will make it into Service Apartment, offering full housekeeping service.

READ MY MESSAGE AGAIN. I SAID I "PRESUME for the owners" who bought the small units here in general. YOU ARE REFERRING TO THIS PARTICULAR S$600k transaction only.

uncle you are spot on i'm precisely questioning the disparity of this unit sale versus others...

i have no issues with other 2 units selling 680k/700k which is more in line with current norm...

you billionaire i millionaire (asset only) we weren't communicating on same frequency ya

Looking at it Haig 162 is not a bad development. It is done nicely by the developer. Only setback is its location as its far from retail and commercial establishments. Schools are plenty nearby there. Its freehold.

What I am particularly impressed is the beautiful entrance for a small development, its quite an eye-turner.
