    The last Geylang MM sold out in one day. Now that LKY openly said Singapore no property bubble, will this "assurance" bring about any round of frantic buying?? I can feel buying interest is coming back again after 3 weeks of lull. Sigh.

    This is the 3rd of 9 enbloc sites in GEYLANG. Wont b surprised to see prices push 12xx psf by the 9th launch.

    Informed by agent. Went to onemap and verified at least another at CENTRA SUITES and G6 @ LOR 6.

    Since project starts at 4xxk it means yep; at least for the 344sf mm units.

    Looks like the Geylang big units (boutique apartments type) all have pretty good chance of enbloc - doesn't matter odd or even lorongs. Some big units are only transacting at $450psf => so can enbloc at $700psf. Developers can cut into smaller MM units, build a pool and gym at the rooftop, and still make some margins at $1000+psf. Everyone happy.

    Just to share, yesterday I walked along Lor 25 where the actual site is, right beside it and opposite is whole row of mishmash of religious houses and huay kuans including a myriad of churches, chapels, tibetan temples, associations etc etc quite a sight (and imagine the sound and potential traffic jam on rites or masses days)...

    I won't want to imagine the potential chaos.

    The other next street (Lor 25A) where Centra SUITES will be launched in future, are much quieter without all the religious houses.

    such similar names with an aim to confuse leh this developer. and where did they locate the showflat to cloud pple's opinion of the actual site?

    nope, i m not keen on MM unit, so dun want to call any of these agents, later they keep bugging me for every MM project they launch. 3 years back i visited a showflat and the huttons agent kept calling and sms me like every other day for a month before giving up...sheesh...scared liao.
