    What I can contribute is there will be announcement sometime this year together with plans to revitalize the Marina Parade/Mountbatten area with iconic buildings coming up ...

    Grab something now if u can find lesser than $1,600 psf!!

    sports hub is iconic and nearby mountbatten..
    so property prices ard there will increase w its completion and integrated retail/lifestyle offering.

    MP to be rejuvenated like bedok and the likes cos its an old mature town..
