    Any renderings/flrplans to show?

If i remember correctly, the developer breakeven price is around 800psf? Tat will translates to a possible launch price of 1kpsf on average. The Chuan which is fairly new(FH status) is transacting at 1050psf on average.

I believe it will attract enough interest if developer keep it below 1.1kpsf

Drove past and saw much construction going on with workers putting up frame of the showflat.

Guess this will be ready to launch by end of June.

Drove past again and saw about agents patrolling the stretch from springbloom to chuan park/golden hill.

Guess it will be launched after the world cup and when everyone is back and settled after the school holidays.

is this freehold/999-year; or 99-year leasehold???

if it is 99-year, there is no reason to price it above The Chuan which is FH right?
