    For Minton's case, I think it's more on the location and scale that made it a tad difficult to rent out. It's an ideal dwelling place for family with car given it's gotten well rounded and extensive recreational infrastructure, but definitely not optimal for expats who prefer to stay near to mrt with private and quiet environment. I talked to a few colleagues about Minton. The first response they got is wow, so many units, it must be noisy, specially at weekends!

    Hi. Another Minton owner here, anxiously awaiting the letter to go collect my keys. Just wanted to check with those who have collected, is the payment 25% or 25%+15%? Thanks.

    rental....usually.....MRT stn....hawker/foodcentre/mall/supermarket....good schools also important.

    Recent transacted in feb 2014 , Minton unit 1216sf for $1.48 mil.....tis project 1000+ units , and only one transacted in feb, tis shows tat many owners are either staying or have strong holding power.....and many already upside at least 200k to 300k.....😁😁👍

    They should have a better land use plan for the abandoned bus interchange. Same for the one beside Nex mall.

    Erm, this project was fully sold and the showflat demolished long time ago. You can view actual units for sale or rent from agents with keys on hand.

    Actually I also have not got my keys yet. That time went in through another friend of mine who got keys already haa haa.

    Actually, I thought u would get key first, haha....any idea wen your key will come? I tink mine, may will come....if dont come I will boycot the developer, as June I will be oversea travelling....no time to bother about the unit....

    They started giving out 10c recently. 10c and 10d are the last batch. So May should get letter i guess.

    Yes, terrible workmanship and many defects. The main con is china qing jian so dont think one should expect too much. But surprisingly the developer kheng leong which is supposed to be a top notch quality developer can allow such low standard. Great dissapointment for many.

    Really nice from far. Had no idea it was far from nice.

    See if these issues can be rectified with the developer.

    Never buy a kheng leong product anymore. As for qing jian or other china developer / contractors, needless to say.

    Imagine you buy a toyota camry but comes with defective air con, leaking windows, engine shut down midway through.... open your glove compartment looking for user manual and realise oooops, made in china batch. Cant even save the good name of the make (toyota).
