    It is a fact

I cannot imagine why people will spend 1500 psf on a penthouse smaller than my 2 bedrooms in a suburban area. Fair enough, there are buyers for 258 sq ft, why not 900 sq ft penthouse.

Anyone interested to say "mcmlxxvi" will be wrong?

I think by saying "mcmlxxvi" will be wrong is much easier and simplier than listing down 100 reasons why Suites @ Katong will not sell.

Let me take the easy and simple way out of here too. I believe "mcmlxxvi" will be right.

    What's the project called?
Seems to me another Mickey Mouse project.
Still, it will be sell-out, by current market sentiment.

Looks similar to those Service Apartments or Apart-hotel concept. Maybe they should include providing concierge service to the tenants.

Why? Seems like Mickey Mouse estate and units to me. So mickey mouse units coming to D15? Mickey mouse in city still Ok because good for rental but mickey mouse in D15 to rent to who? D15 mostly for families and which family will rent mickey mouse units?

MM in anywhere has limited demand. Maybe in CBD, or the very prime Orchard area, can see some demand.

This project has no private space at ground floor, no many ppl like this kind of concept here.

Nowadays D15 has also become a "MM" doghouse unit area. That's the only way developers can keep PSF high. The new launch in D15 is probably the biggest bubble - the price differential between the new launch and resale is more than 50%. Mostly speculators demand. I read somewhere D15 is the densest part of SG with highest no. of condos. One small district has >500 condos and housing close to million. At some point when all the condos with doghouse units TOP, it will feel overcrowded. It already feels very cramped. Its interesting how Singaporeans like to squeeze together. Any other districts will be less restrictive and have more breathing space.

Actually, pick a spot in meyer or marine parade, then look up. We probably see more air space than orchard, newton.

Meyer area is actually quite cramped with very small plots built up v high- Novena and Newton too I agree. Orchard Boulevard area probably has more air space. So it depends on which part. But D15 definitely more dense and houses a much larger population than D9. D9 have some commercial areas and shopping area which means actual population density will be significantly lower.

Opp of meyer road from margate to katong exit are landed. Mostly bungalows and semi d.
Condo plots are mostly with land size of 100K sqft - 200K sqft. So these are not small plots.
