I saw trees...
Ya, it was planted last week or so, trees are also appearing on viewing platforms on a few blocks, plus they have plants sprouting from planters that will feed the vertical green walls. The pool and water features walls are cemented, probably will start tiling soon.

Setia girls passing out pamphlets....as their showroom is being constructed.
BTW, agents from Huttons at Foresque are saying that the Mall that was originally planned to be located near Dairy Farm is now diagonally across FR.....
Believe still got one more crane at blk 60.Originally Posted by danntbt
I think something still missing. I remember I saw the model in the showflat, they suppose to install an overhead canopy at all the ground unit and some outside the upper unit's windows. Maybe they will install it last...
The canopies should come later, but am wondering if the carpark entrance was not as describe, in the plan and model seen at showroom, there is a turf of greens over most part of it, but currently its not so.Originally Posted by mastrix

.....well TH residents can just sit back and see how FR and Eco outsell each other, FR agent kept saying theirs is a luxury development, think Setia will have similar tagline. Eco has more interesting possibilities with their terrain and additional greens on one side. The last I saw, they were sparing the trees along Petir. They also bought over Chestnut apartment extending their plot on the other end.
Sertia very hard to compete Foresque unless they have unique design like sky habitat. LRT is nearer but the development is also very near to HDB estate.Originally Posted by danntbt
foresque stand more advantages like nearer to the new mall, water canal and fountain just opposite the guardhouse, institute next to it without blocking the view of bukit timah hill and also shorter waiting time to key collection.
lets see how it goes.
The best spot to look at TH & foresq is to drive up to the landed house area along chestnut avenue (not the PUB side) both developemnt look grand from that angle. have very nice landed house too.Originally Posted by sunrise

Hi all,

.....ECO is pre-registering, my guess is about $1.2K-1.3K psf based on Skies Miltonia price....

The sun shade are the extension outside the window, with ground floor unit having about 1.8m overhang
Think it wraps around the balconies also...
view of TH and foresque from the chestnut avenue landed house.Originally Posted by mastrix
looks like FR is not going to be much higher than TH though it has a 6-storey void between ground floor and 2nd Floor....meaning the internal floor to ceiling height is lower than TH for 2nd floor and above?Originally Posted by sunrise
ya...it will look nicer with those sun shade device on.Originally Posted by danntbt
