Finally received the Lawyer's notice for payments! Looking forward to collect our house keys/cards in 2 weeks' time!

i thought after collecting the keys many starts to rush in but see very few people there, too dark at night or having transport problems?

Not everyone so desperate to move in immediately...TOP end Aug, and some are still getting keys from what I heard, you need to factor in defects rectification and renovation.....maybe FR buyers need to rush as you guys paid through your noses....hahahahaha....maybe you will be the first to move in with kerosene lamp.
Anyway you would have same problem as TH residents if indeed transport isa problem....????????

Definitely much better than Hundred Trees....except for ongoing construction currently......which Hundred trees would be facing soon when New West starts construction... seriously you would need to raise your volume to speak at the Hundred Tree poolside...
Observation based on a visit to a friend's unit, the forested area at Zhenghua park did a good job cutting down the noise, unlike the HDB block 211 where I rented a while back, which get full blast due to thinned out greens because of the road intersection...the pool area is nice and markedly quitter than Hundred Tree, also by the same developer.

But my friend ( TH owner) told me, the security there need alot of improvement..it seems like every strangers can enter the premises with no worries at all..Very interesting huh!!
