those buying to rent treehouse wonder if they have found their tenants. Eco sanctuary still under construction opposite, very dusty and noisy. That area selling a lifestyle, although neither here nor there, i must say the nature views are spectacular, so i still give these two condos my thumbs up. I would live in Eco sanctuary anytime compared to living in caspian by the mrt track.

...rental would be a challenge in the next 2-3 yrs, pending ES completion and the DTL.

...you must have made a tidy profit, what size was your unit? a 2+1 was sold for more than $1.1M...owner made over 300K....like-wise a low floor 3+1 over 1.2M...owner also made $300K plus.

I sold a 3+1 for 1.3X M. Yup made a tidy profit from it. Decided against moving in as its far from the mrt, and my family would prefer somewhere beside the mrt.

Otherwise the greenery would be wonderful.

Bro Dan, do you have pictures of the two small round pools in front of Foresque blk 109 facing Tree House? Just curious how it will look outside my balcony in future.

You must have sneaked into TH posing as construction worker to take those nice photos.

haha. I likes the greenery it provided. The price was attractive when it was launched in 2010. But i gave it a miss that time as one of my criteria is at least walk-able to MRT.

Of course, out of the 3 projects, the other 2 looked nicer. But there is a price to pay for.

I beg to differ, I drove past it the other day, and the main block with the green patch over the block looked wonderful. Very nice from afar.

my grouse on this project is the choice of materials used - homogenous tiles, laminated flooring and drywall partitions.

bought unit sub-sale, didn't get to see the showflat to gauge quality. let's hope they turn out all right. anyone has any idea of photos to share?

like the floor layout though, no planters and balcony (previous home was planters all round unit plus 2 balconies), so have more usable space.

if bca inspection goes well, looks like TOP could likely be ready by end July
