Guess with higher plot ratio, more congestion is inevitable.

Does that mean owner/tenant of Tree House have to walk out daily (365 days a year) to throw rubbish like newer hdb?

Some may not fancy doing so..........

Yup, it has a suction system that transport the rubbish to the central collection system, so no smelly rubbish in the carpark....possibly less roaches too....pro and con....

Pneumatic Waste & Recycle System Organic Recyclables
    1. The system is extended by using additional inlets
    2. All refuse passes through the same piping network
    3. The refuse is steered into the appropriate container
    • Recycling programme is meant for 2 types of waste; organic and recyclables
    • Waste is collected at the bin centre in 2-section container of 2 fractions, the organic and the
    recyclable container
    • Organic fraction: Compostable waste
    • Recyclable fraction: Newspaper, steel cans, aluminum cans and plastic pet bottles
    • Recycling company will take care of the separation of different recycleables needed by the
market like metal, paper, plastic etc

yes the chute is outside....with the twin inlet pneumatic system for recyclable and organic waste...otherwise there will be two chute in the kitchen which will probably end up in the cabinet liao.

I believe the advanced common chute, use foot to step and the chute will open. No need to use hand one lor. Imagine so many pairs of hand touch the same common chute day in day out (365 days).

TH chute need hand or foot to open?

More hygienic to use foot, I believe.
If use foot, no chance to acrobat liao lor.

If use hand (less advance), remember to wash hand with soap esp if SAR re-appear.

I believe both got plus point and minus point
Wonder Caspian chute is inside or outside unit? Hand or foot activated? This factor may also affect plus or minus point.
