    the piece of land at chestnut avenue just opposite TH was awarded to malaysia developer sertia berhad. another condo site. not sure 99 or FH.

    TH's official TOP is Dec 2014. Usually possible 1 year earlier Dec 2013. Is TH TOP really possible by end of this year Dec 2012 or before CNY 2013?? wow. Any one has developer information of progress?

    Officially the Developer has brought fwd the TOP to 2nd Qtr 2013, you may check here:

    ..interesting, did not hear of any en bloc sale for the Chestnut Apt which is not part of the adjacent land that was sold in recent tender, is the apt itself being fenced off? or the land next to it?

    i saw the entire apt was actually fenced off leh..it's a nobody land now?

    Well looking at the master Plan, the Chestnut apartment is lump together as a single plot with the vacant land beside it, so I guess the apartment has either been owned by the govt or its lease has expired.

    treehouse and foresque has found a new neighbour. should be launching within months.
    nowdays more cars travelling along petir and dairyfarm.

    the next plot of land for tender will be next to dairy farm estate. much nearer to MRT, another condo development.

    it must be the train depot whereby some trains will be roll out to support during peak hours and return to depot during off-peak. such facilities also carry out repair and servicing of reserved trains.

    opposite treehouse will begin the construction soon. developer name is out but project name not yet annouce.

    There is a SCDF ruling on distance between petrol pump and nearby buildings. Hence I think it is impossible to have a petrol pump based on the masterplan.
