Foresque with blue scaffolding cover in the background, seems like they are using a different construction method....no scaffold seen on TH as yet...

Foresque have high soft storey (void). From the photo, we can see the super thick reinforcement.
just curious, will there be any concrete cover outside the 2nd sty room windows (other than the balcony slab) over the ground floor unit patio?
