    ...data can always be read the way you want it to read....even in gd times transaction price varies...depends on many factors.....with just a few figures, you draw your conclusion.......who are you kidding...hahaha or are you really that naive doing primary school research on property? You need better supervision from a mentor.....haha u would be in good company with basic....but he at least gather lots of rubbish
