....putting Foresque and Treehouse site plans side by side gives one a better idea of how these two compare in terms of open space:


Stack 7 and 8 would be unblocked, Block 60 facing Foresque also has good breathing space....

....just some thought on the design, Foresque has a 'ring-road' this makes it accessible for moving large furniture and renovation loads......but TH access to vehicle confines to just the entrance area at ground level, wondering how to move bulky items into the apartments especially the blocks further away from entrance....wonder if the basement height is higher to allow for taller vehicles
....but of course TH without 'ring-road' has more facilities-friendly space.

Yes, I do. It traps heat and it is heavy. I'm always thinking of a better material for buildings. Unfortunately this Roman technology is hard to replace in terms of cost effectiveness.

Concrete is not the issue, design of a building is the cause.....btw TH was awarded platinum Green mark award.........
