Have you receive your lawyer's notification on key collection?

My law firm secretary said this, "Keys collection can only be collected upon clearance of your cheques and upon payment of 25% of the purchase price from the bank.* I won’t be able to request the payment from the bank earlier as we are required to furnish to the bank a strict seven (7) clear working days to request for payment.* As such, 13.06.2013 is the earliest date I can request payment from the bank."

Is there really that 7days thingy?

Some banks need 7 working days. No way around it. Mine also 7 days with OCBC.

I was very disappointed when I first saw the sneak pics taken by some id firms a couple months back... But finally today I see the real stuffs. The quality is much better than I have expected, phew! So fellow wb owners, don't worry.

Some of the wardrobes and shoe cabinets have thus leather texture, albeit awful in brown. The following is the close up photo:

Oh yes stack 4 one-bedder has fantastic mbs view!! Congrats to some bros here who own stack 4 units... I m at the other end of the project though

When did the key collection started? There seem like quite a lot of people can go in to the premise to have a look.

Too bad the MSCP, swimming pool cannot be linked to block 76 and 82.

i tried to upload some photos but it won't load. I spotted minor defect only, no major stuff.

Quality is good and there is a cash voucher awaiting owners upon collecting keys. Voucher is depend on unit size.

Hi Lovelle, just wondering what kind of minor defect you noticed?
But glad to know there's no major defects.

Developer free gift safe box. I am sure they have good intentions but what kind of lousy marketing message is this?

Are they implying the security fixtures etc are gonna be so unreliable that you cant even feel safe leaving your valuables in your own unit?...
