Think 900k is achievable easily after TOP.

I think can easily push to 925k to 950k after TOP.

900k++ is easily achievable but 1M will be a stretch. Most RCR studio are transacting around 1M but unless the unit is at a high floor with nice view, I don't see it going past 1M.

I was just told that TOP has just been obtained and UOL will start sending out letter to lawyers starting from tomorrow.
Key distribution will be in batches from June to mid July.

My guess is it takes sometime for BCA to update the website. As this TOP application was also only updated in the website last Thursday (23/5) even though the registration date and current status date was 1-2 days before.

Thanks little snow for the great news.
I too notice that BCA update does not seem too real time.

Was half expecting it to update today and say top already approved on Monday.

Hello all, I have a question regarding renting out the unit. An agent called me and ask if I want to rent out my studio. 3.5k to 4k but they will use it as a service apartment with internet, laundry etc. Is that legal? I will need to sign a 1 or 2 years contract with the company and the company will manage it. Worth it?

I think if they are renting out by the day, nope.

    Minimal lease 6 months iirc.

well. better include a termination clause in your contract then.
of course terms and condition apply.

if they do illegal stuff, you are still liable, I think.
but I reckon it's more to provide accommodation for short term visitors.
    one month, three months type.

Hi! I am new to this forum and I also owned a unit in Waterbank.

Through the email thread, I see that some are informed by the lawyer through phone and some by email. Does anyone being informed via mail. Thanks.

You can just call them and check if they have received the letters. They will normally inform you because you only have 14 days to pay 25% (in my case).
