    there will be weak holder everywhere and if you are lucky you may spot them.

    a weak holder will transfer to a strong holder.

    Doesn't matter now. Even if weak holder, you buy now means you are a strong holder for 4 years

    1st pic shows that the gym has already been equipped with gym machines plus 2 big blue gym balls...

    2nd-4th pics show that units directly facing the river are spared from the west sun. On the other hand, most units facing the cabana houses and market are getting direct west sun at this time of the year.

    Some agents told me the contractor will be handing over to the developer this month. I also heard from them that some owners have received letters from lawyers for keys collection end of the month. But none of my friends have any received any letters yet. All hearsay....

    I see that some works were still being carried out in the PHes.. So not ready yet

    Frankly speaking I thought our neighbor Dakota Residences has a nicer landscape ... I love their perimeter fencings generously lined up with 3 layers of plants and flowers .... Really v nice. WB pales in comparison...

    Landscaping really cannot compare with DR. Maybe UOL wants to save cost.
