The latest issue of The Edge, Singapore has an article on Dakota Crescent.

It highlighted both Dakota Residences and WaterBank and the price movements since launch and present.

In it, it was reported tha TOP for WB would be end 2012.

But since a forumer checked with UOL, then his words will be more reliable then.

The word that I got from developer would be first quarter 2013.
The contractors mentioned that UOL is pushing for End 2012.

    Lets see if it happens.

Is there a common basis to compare between location and design? One has noise from train and away from CBD.

Ya... i was at Kallang Airport market to tabao char kway teow, then this Ah Lao was chasing my car from behind, flagging me down and asking me to go to the showflat saying there was a soft launch then.

Threw in my 1st cheque to bid for a unit, and was told 5min later that all units in the stack taken up. Shortly later, agent rushed over and told me a 2nd stack was just released, ask me to quickly threw in my second cheque... got my unit without even knowing the facing/floor etc. LOL

Dakota is a special case cause many units are owned by bankers, including the Wee relatives. So i predict it is D14 with AAA grade. Expect it to hit S$1800 any moment now.

Waterbank is another special case because it is near to the future sports hub. so it should hit S$2000 when the sports hub is near completion.

the area you saw is not D14, it is known by us as D14-AAA. good luck.

Seems that developer is moving away from bay window. Does it affect your business?
