    Block 84 can TOP but have to wait for the rest to finish.

    i can see internal unit of block 84, installed with air-con, huge living room and cup

    MCSP is in level 3 ....

    MR's view of the sea is definitely much better than WB's..

    Can anyone tell me from what floor onwards, can one gets a clear view above the HDB blocks?

    My view (pun intended) is 14th floor and above.

    Not sure if there are units facing the hdb side.

    Sorry, I think I need to clarify further.

    There are maybe 3 blocks that have balconies facing the landed properties (sure no blockages) and their room's windows facing the HDB blocks. I am referring to the views here...

    I tend to agree with acevian too...I can imagine those units having crosswinds and no blockages at all..

    Hope I have made my case clearer.

    the rest all from 10xxpsf

    i tink the studio i told u sold liao hor.....duno whether 8th or 9th flr.....i tink now still got one more to sell at 680k.....1400psf....so much better den buying the bliss at kovan 1bdr at 1500psf
