    Default Springleaf or Seletar Hill Area is better ?

    I am looking for a small landed property, pls adv if Springleaf or Seletar
    Hill Area is better ?

    Any feedback is most appreciated.

    I prefer Seletar Hill, I have one old landed here. The ambience is great over here, very much laid back and people are kind and friendly here. However, you need to be able to drive if u stay here . Not sure abt Springleaf though.

    for own stay, as a retiree .. both are good ..

    seletar hill slightly better as there are schools within 1km

    environment wise .. i feel both are equally serene and laid back ..

    however .. prices have gone up alot in seletar hill ..

    for own stay ..in a very nice environment... not worrying about school..
    i will go for springleaf ..

    amenities wise not much difference..
    price wise .. springleaf still decent value
