Interested in this project as it is closed vicinity to MRT. Saw in the propertyguru that there are only 2 units of 3 bedder going about 940K.
    Any comments on this project?

    Thanks

i would not touch as its next to the chinese temple.
It may scare away potential tenants i feel.

Yes, I agree. I pop by last weekend to take a look and found that it may not be suitable for investment.

    Thanks

Such a luxuriously endowed boutique development near MRT - why rent out? Own stay and enjoy...

Plus there are no MM size units here - all units > 500sf.

I'm not sure if the temple allows urns to be places in there. I am likely to think so as the back of the temple is about 4 storeys high. In this case, fengshui might not be good.
And the temple had a festival last week, with "getai" there, i guess will be quite noisy during some parts of the year.

Wow! I did not know the temple was just next door. Some people do not mind. Not bad at $1000psf for smaller unit.

I may not wanna sell even if people pay me 1500psf for a 1 bedder here ... considering the lux-grade facilities.

And proximity to MRT in a predominantly private / landed enclave.

Thanks for the nice pics. I called the agent last week and there is still a 3+1 unit available for sale from developer. It is going for 950k. (1098 sqft). Thinking of buying for rental purpose as I just sold off my D15 investment property recently. Anyone can advise how is the rental market going for this project?

    Thanks

There is no 560sf. Only 538 or 571sf. Only the 2BR/3BR faces the temple.

TOP: Not yet - but should be very soon (within the month).

Well in city regency bedroom , the actual ceiling could be seen at the window area. Then in ur opinions with the false ceiling which is higher?
